This giveaway is organized by Dutchies to be – Learn Dutch with Kim (“the Organizer”).

2. eligibility

The giveaway is open to participants worldwide who are 18 years or older, unless prohibited by local laws.

3. how to enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Subscribe to the Dutchies to be – Learn Dutch with Kim YouTube channel.
  • Like the giveaway video.
  • Leave a comment on that video.

Each giveaway applies only to the specific YouTube video in which it is announced. Comments left on other videos are not eligible for that giveaway.

Only one entry per person per giveaway period is allowed.

4. no purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.

Purchasing a course or product does not increase the chances of winning.

5. giveaway period

A new giveaway starts whenever a new eligible YouTube video is published, and the submitting period is two weeks from the date of publishing.

Every two weeks, one winner will be randomly selected from the valid entries received for the most recent eligible YouTube video.

6. winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The Organizer’s decision is final.

7. prize

The prize for the YouTube giveaway is a free course of choice in my online school (with exception of the Ultimate Dutch Package and course bundles, because they all consist of more than one course.)

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

8. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by a reply to their YouTube comment from me. Please keep an eye on your YouTube notifications and comments. Approximately 14 days after the video is published, I’ll reply to the winning comment to let you know you’ve won!

No personal information is required to enter the giveaway beyond your public YouTube account and comment.

If you win, you will be asked to provide your email address solely for the purpose of delivering your prize.
