REFUND Policy

At Learn Dutch with Kim, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund under the conditions below.
1. REFUND PERIOD
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by sending an email to: dutchiestobe@learndutchwithkim.com
2. REFUND AMOUNT
Approved refunds will be processed at 90% of the purchase price.
The remaining 10% covers transaction and administrative fees.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
We are unable to send refunds to a different account or payment method.
4. COURSE EXCHANGE
If the course turns out to be too easy or too difficult, you may also request to switch to a different course instead of a refund.
If there is a price difference, this will be adjusted accordingly:
- You may be asked to pay the difference, or
- You may receive a partial refund, depending on the situation.
5. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
Refunds apply to:
- All individual courses
- Course bundles
- The Ultimate Dutch Package
Refunds do not apply to the Online Dutch Community, since it is a recurring subscription.
You can cancel your membership at any time in your account settings.
(However, if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund for the Community, you may contact us and your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.)
6. USAGE & FAIR USE
Refunds are intended for students who have made a genuine attempt to follow the course.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of excessive use or misuse.
7. COURSE PROGRESS
Refunds are only possible if no more than 25% of the course content has been completed or accessed.
If more than 25% of the course has been completed, we consider that the course has been sufficiently used, and a refund may be declined.
8. PROCESSING TIME
Once your refund request has been approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
9. PLATFORM POLICY
Our courses are hosted on Teachable.
By purchasing a course, you also agree to Teachable’s terms and refund policies where applicable.
